Furaha Program

Furaha is a 10-week interactive program designed for girls aged 9–12, based on the Furaha Manual. Through the stories of best friends Raha and Leila, girls learn to navigate the exciting and sometimes confusing journey of puberty in a safe and relatable way. Each week, they read a chapter in advance and then meet online for guided discussions.

* Family Involvement: The program culminates with a special session where mothers, fathers, aunts, and grandmothers are invited to participate and offer words of encouragement and blessings to the girls.
