The Furaha Program is a comprehensive and engaging 10-part interactive program designed for 9-12-year-old girls. Based on the Furaha manual, a 10-chapter workbook, the program follows the lives of Raha Komora and Leila Osborne, two 11-year-old best friends navigating the exciting and sometimes confusing journey of puberty.

* Celebrating yourself: Embracing individuality and celebrating personal growth.

* Family Involvement: The program culminates with a special session where mothers, fathers, aunts, and grandmothers are invited to participate and offer words of encouragement and blessings to the girls.

The Furaha Program provides a safe and supportive space for young girls to learn about their bodies, navigate the changes of puberty, and build the confidence to embrace this exciting new chapter in their lives.
